项目用地为建筑留白的空间非常狭窄,立体花园的概念由此产生。地下一层的商业区非传统底商形式,而是为小区业主及会员打造的高端非标商业。一层的大堂及落客区拥有五星级酒店的设施,同是也会有会所功能。二层为公寓私属花园,拓展了因用地狭窄而局促的小区景观空间。
