“离城不离尘”寓意居住到城外的同时把城市的生活方式也带到城外，近年在上海及周边地区逐渐流行，这体现了上海人的大都市情怀。所以我们需要一个超配的公共空间来承载“尘世”。

架空层是承载公共空间最常见的方式，但是整个小区两层总高7.5m的架空层，使得“刚改”小区也能拥有超配的公共空间，离城不离尘成为可能。同时小区也拥有了像星级酒店一样的配套空间。小区的用地面积非常小，每栋住宅都临街，高高在上的住宅也规避了这样的不利影响。

上海是个中西合璧风格的城市，植入造园理念更加顺应人们对中式文化的追求。

上海是中西方文化融合最充分的城市，精致是上海的气质，通过红砖的应用以达到符合大众审美的建筑形态。

"Leaving the city without leaving the dust" means to live outside the city while bringing the lifestyle of the city to the outside of the city, which has gradually become popular in Shanghai and surrounding areas in recent years, which reflects the metropolitan feelings of Shanghainese people. So we need an overmatched public space to carry the "earthly world".

The overhead floor is the most common way to carry public space, but the overhead floor with a total height of 7.5m on the two floors of the entire community makes it possible for the "just reformed" community to have an over-allocated public space and leave the city without leaving the dust. At the same time, the community also has a supporting space like a star-rated hotel. The land area of the community is very small, each residence faces the street, and the high-rise residences also avoid such adverse effects.
