项目地处空港新城城市中心公园东侧，东侧临地铁站。主要业态包含酒店、商业、办公、公寓等。

通过创造连续平台，形成绿色无界空间，与公园进行呼应。流动空间形成有机的空间次序，开放的城市界面，都市“烟火气”的步行商区矩阵的构建，增加商业价值 利用高差退让广场空间，引入人流，让不同功能，不同的人群在场地内部通过各层平台，都能得到相应的专属空间。

同时在场地内外形成自然坡地景观，结合干净鲜明独有外部形象，打造项目专属IP。

The project is located on the east side of the Airport New City City Center Park, and the east side is adjacent to the subway station. The main formats include hotels, commercial, office, apartments, etc.

By creating a continuous platform, a green unbounded space is formed, echoing the park. The flow space forms an organic spatial order, an open urban interface, and the construction of a pedestrian shopping district matrix of urban "fireworks" to increase commercial value Use the height difference to give way to the square space, introduce the flow of people, and let different functions and different groups of people get the corresponding exclusive space through the platform on each floor inside the venue.

At the same time, a natural slope landscape is formed inside and outside the site, combined with a clean and distinctive external image, to create an exclusive IP for the project.
