同样作为超高层综合体的CID云拓中心，我们于2022年竞标取得设计权。我们对这个项目在新城区域的城市文化演进和推动商业文化逻辑发展的两方面，进行了深度的研究。

项目位于西安市CID核心区域，东侧紧邻中央景观水系。项目旨在打造出适应市场商业逻辑的企业总部及高端商业综合体，为CID区域打造全新的城市地标建筑。打破对传统超高层建筑的认知，创造出引入自然空间的绿色超高层综合体。

引入“观景+造景”理念,用景观视线引导建筑规划布置。将与景观亲近及良好展示面的建筑下部分离成若干个“盒子”，每个独立盒子都有良好的独立形象、视野、景观资源、户外活动场地，且互不干扰。更重要的是，可以根据市场商业逻辑对每个盒子或多个盒子进行灵活的整合重组，应对不同的商业空间需求。

塔楼以挺拔的姿态面向“未来之瞳”，建筑风格简洁且挺拔，立面语言现代精致，纯色玻璃幕墙与极简线条搭配，赋予建筑独特的气质与格调。

Also as a super-high-rise complex, CID Yuntuo Center won the design right in 2022. We conducted in-depth research on the evolution of urban culture in the new city area and the development of business culture logic.

The project is located in the core area of Xi'an CID, and the east side is close to the central landscape water system. The project aims to create corporate headquarters and high-end commercial complexes that adapt to the business logic of the market, and create a new urban landmark building for the CID area. Break the perception of traditional super-high-rise buildings and create green super-high-rise complexes that introduce natural space.

Introduce the concept of "viewing and landscaping", and guide the planning and layout of buildings with landscape vision. The lower part of the building that is close to the landscape and has a good display surface is separated into several "boxes", and each independent box has a good independent image, vision, landscape resources, and outdoor activity venues, and does not interfere with each other. More importantly, each box or multiple boxes can be flexibly integrated and reorganized according to the market business logic to cope with different commercial space needs.

The tower faces the "pupil of the future" with a straight attitude, the architectural style is simple and upright, the façade language is modern and exquisite, and the solid color glass curtain wall is matched with minimalist lines, giving the building a unique temperament and style.
