项目位于上海市青浦区产业聚集带上，作为产业升级，推动产业高端化、绿色化、数字的重点区域。设计以产业发展的视角，通过四大策略形成可持续的适应未来产业发展的园区生态。

多元业态 ：以精准的业态定位作为切入点，针对不同的需求，结合区域发展进程，精准打造三类办公空间载体，形成完整产品价值链条，兑现项目整体价值。

服务平台：以企业发展需求作为切入点，从展示、接待、人才服务、检测、认证多个维度解决企业的“衣食住行”。

生活配套：以人才需求为导向，餐饮、商业、健身最优的服务半径、活化人群行为模式。

立体公园：结合立体空间云平台，形成多层地面，优化场地资源，打造覆盖全园区的空中庭院和网络花园。

通过产品体系、配套体系、环境体系三大体系的构建合理打造健康可持续发展的生态园区。

The project is located in the industrial agglomeration belt of Qingpu District, Shanghai, as a key area for industrial upgrading and promoting high-end, green and digital industries. From the perspective of industrial development, the design forms a sustainable park ecology that adapts to future industrial development through four strategies.

Diversified business formats: With precise business format positioning as the starting point, according to different needs, combined with the regional development process, accurately create three types of office space carriers, form a complete product value chain, and realize the overall value of the project.

Service platform: taking the development needs of enterprises as the starting point, from the multiple dimensions of display, reception, talent service, testing and certification to solve the "clothing, food, housing and transportation" of enterprises.

Living facilities: Guided by talent demand, the optimal service radius for catering, commerce, and fitness, and the activation of crowd behavior patterns.

Three-dimensional park: Combined with the three-dimensional space cloud platform, a multi-layer ground is formed, site resources are optimized, and a sky courtyard and network garden covering the whole park are created.

Through the construction of the three major systems of product system, supporting system and environmental system, a healthy and sustainable ecological park is reasonably built.
