曲江建设超高层会展项目位于西安市雁塔区，南三环北侧。容积率：5.5，总建筑面积：165829㎡。

两栋塔楼交错布置，最大化视野的同时提供高品质景观视野。塑造对话关系，呼应城市天际线。底层会展空间激发城市活力，局部架空缓解人流紧张感。

塔楼以挺拔的姿态面向城市，弧形轮廓环顾西安。会展空间鳞次栉比的内凹式网状立面，令人遥想汉唐屋瓦，气势恢宏，利用现代手法实现对传统文化及历史的延续。

建筑体量首层局部架空，实现空间通透与园林景观互融，塑造世界一流公共空间，与城市环境隔而不断，有助于促进多种都市活动及功能的形成，同时激发丰富的街道生活。

西北侧裙房打造层层退台，呼应周边浓厚的商业氛围，以积极的姿态面向城市。

丰富的室外空间结合项目极致的景观和视野资源，打造出立体森态式办公空间。将立体花园、完善的日常配套等融入建筑本身。大尺度的露台空间，加强了室内外的空间交流。首层自由多变的灰空间与城市绿带联通，创造出一个交通互连、共享交流的空间场所。

Qujiang Construction Super High-rise Convention and Exhibition Project is located in Yanta District, Xi'an, on the north side of the South Third Ring Road. Plot ratio: 5.5, total construction area: 165829 square meters.

The two towers are staggered to maximize views while providing high-quality views of the landscape. Shape the dialogue and echo the city skyline. The exhibition space on the ground floor stimulates the vitality of the city, and the partial overhead relieves the tension of the flow of people.

The tower faces the city in a straight posture, with a curved silhouette that looks around Xi'an. The concave mesh façade of the exhibition space is reminiscent of the Han and Tang roof tiles, which is magnificent and uses modern techniques to achieve the continuation of traditional culture and history.

The first floor of the building is partially overhead, realizing the integration of space transparency and garden landscape, shaping a world-class public space, which is constantly isolated from the urban environment, helping to promote the formation of a variety of urban activities and functions, and at the same time stimulating rich street life.

The podium on the northwest side creates layers of retreat, echoing the strong commercial atmosphere of the surrounding area and facing the city with a positive attitude.

The rich outdoor space combines the ultimate landscape and vision resources of the project to create a three-dimensional forest-style office space. Three-dimensional gardens and perfect daily facilities are integrated into the building itself. The large-scale terrace space strengthens the communication between indoor and outdoor spaces. The free and changeable gray space on the first floor is connected to the urban green belt, creating a space for transportation interconnection and sharing and communication.
