项目力求打造现象级城市标杆，营造高品质、生态化、地标性河景复合式空间。设计手法不拘于传统，充分发挥区位优势，融合景观环境。

立意取自场地旁河水的蜿蜒之势，并引此为轴，打造流线型的生态办公。屋顶采用膜结构+穿孔铝板的材料组合，营造出滨河建筑轻盈漂浮的未来感和科技感。组团内独栋建筑通过曲面局部连接，结合退台式设计，提升项目视觉冲击力。

丰富的室外空间结合项目极致的景观和视野资源，打造出立体森态式办公空间。将立体花园、完善的日常配套等融入建筑本身。大尺度的露台空间，加强了室内外的空间交流。首层自由多变的灰空间与城市绿带联通，创造出一个交通互连、共享交流的空间场所。

We have been imagining the future and speculating about the future view of nature. The development of technology will change people's lifestyles and adjust our thinking models. When we understand the world through the perspective, senses and thinking of nature, improve the ability to understand the world from multiple angles, and gradually revise the understanding of historical experience and view of nature, so as to return to the position of man in nature and the relationship with nature.

The project strives to create a phenomenal urban benchmark and create a high-quality, ecological and landmark river view composite space. The design method is not limited to tradition, giving full play to the location advantages and integrating the landscape environment.

The idea is taken from the meandering trend of the river next to the site, and uses this as the axis to create a streamlined ecological office. The roof adopts a combination of membrane structure and perforated aluminum panels, creating a futuristic and technological sense of light floating riverside building. The single-family buildings in the group are partially connected through curved surfaces, combined with the back-of-table design, to enhance the visual impact of the project.

The rich outdoor space combines the ultimate landscape and vision resources of the project to create a three-dimensional forest-style office space. Three-dimensional gardens and perfect daily facilities are integrated into the building itself. The large-scale terrace space strengthens the communication between indoor and outdoor spaces. The free and changeable gray space on the first floor is connected to the urban green belt, creating a space for transportation interconnection and sharing and communication.
