立面采用韵律、舒展的横向元素，灵活均衡的非对称构图，力求创造一种适应新时代精神的简约风格，塑造出颇具张力的建筑形式。规划楼座采用点式布置，创造大尺度楼间距，在社区中央围合出中心花园，打造坐落在公园里社区的形象感。

As a residential project, the Luqi Rose Garden fully embodies our systematic concept of high-end residential system. We pay attention to living, and pay more attention to the nature, landscape, socialization, safety, and services related to it, so that residents can feel at ease physically and mentally.

Using the demonstration area display strategy presented in real life, the entrance front yard of the community, the above-ground courtyard of the park, and the underground living supporting courtyard jointly create a triple courtyard system, forming a three-dimensional garden space with rich layers.

The sunken green space in the community center closely connects life, leisure and entertainment, allowing owners to freely shuttle through diverse life scenes, meet the owners' use of courtyard tours and supporting facilities, and provide owners with a comfortable living experience in an all-round way

The façade adopts rhythmic and stretched horizontal elements, flexible and balanced asymmetrical composition, striving to create a minimalist style that adapts to the spirit of the new era and creates a tense architectural form. The planned building adopts a point-like layout to create a large-scale building spacing, and enclose the central garden in the center of the community to create an image of the community located in the park.
