项目场地条件提供了打破传统住宅形式的契机，从城市设计角度出发，与重要的地标建筑相呼应，用创新的产品及空间结构形成了新的社区面貌。

规划设计延续了城市区域“生态云廊”的理念，建筑整体布置呈围合状，围绕中央景观+云廊展开，所有建筑点状分布辅以一定角度的旋转。整个社区交通和景观由地面层和云廊层共同组成，且与住宅架空层有机衔接。立面形态运用极简的柔和曲线，与周边城市地标建筑融为一体。

 V型的户型结构，打破了传统住宅形式，改变了高层T3户型北侧连廊间接采光通风的痛点，形成两面直接采光通风的户型。伴随全生命周期的可变空间；高层平墅的空中挑高露台；全端户型的宽厅加高厅等现代住宅的新形式集合于一体的产品。

The site conditions of the project provide an opportunity to break the traditional residential form, from the perspective of urban design, echo important landmarks, and form a new community with innovative products and spatial structures.

The planning and design continues the concept of "ecological cloud corridor" in the urban area, and the overall layout of the building is enclosed, unfolding around the central landscape cloud corridor, and all buildings are distributed in a certain angle of rotation. The transportation and landscape of the entire community are composed of the ground floor and the cloud corridor layer, and are organically connected with the residential overhead layer. The façade uses minimalist soft curves to blend in with the surrounding city landmarks.

The V-shaped house structure breaks the traditional residential form, changes the pain point of indirect lighting and ventilation in the north corridor of the high-rise T3 apartment, and forms a house type with direct lighting and ventilation on both sides. variable space with the whole life cycle; high-rise flat villas with high ceilings in the air; A product that integrates new forms of modern housing such as wide halls and raised halls of full-end apartments.
