项目位于天地源丹轩坊住宅区用地东北角。原是一处住宅社区的底商建筑，但地块位于繁华路口，身处高品质商业氛围的核心位置。我们需要对建筑的表达进行更新，提升其视觉空间品质，甚至使之成为区域核心亮点。

为了能从周边中脱颖而出，但又不跳脱出现有场所氛围的大前提下。项目采用强调黑白调子的素描手法，强调光线在立面上变化。利用光感雕刻外立面与内部空间。通过光通透的质感、变幻的光影退晕、阴影的描白，将项目的气质重新凝练以符合周边商业调性。形成小型建筑独树一帜的气场，以期能为内部商业提升外部形象。

克制的弧线构成，强化实体属性，利用光线强化内部空间，分割立面。序列排布与弧线的错落刻画立面的韵律，精致而典雅。林间斑驳的树影作为意向，将自然的光影关系投射进建筑。

The project is located in the northeast corner of the residential area of Tiandiyuan Danxuanfang. It was originally a commercial building in a residential community, but the plot is located at a bustling intersection and is at the heart of a high-quality commercial atmosphere. We need to update the expression of the building, improve its visual spatial quality, and even make it a regional core highlight.

In order to stand out from the surrounding area, but not to escape the premise of having a place atmosphere. The project uses a sketch technique that emphasizes black and white tones, emphasizing the change of light on the façade. Use light to sculpt the façade and interior space. Through the transparent texture of light, the fading of light and shadow, and the whitening of shadows, the temperament of the project is re-condensed to match the surrounding commercial tone. Form a unique aura for small buildings, in order to enhance the external image of internal business.

The restrained arc composition strengthens the physical properties, uses light to strengthen the interior space, and divides the façade. The sequence arrangement and the staggered arc depict the rhythm of the façade, which is exquisite and elegant. The mottled shadows of the trees in the forest are used as intentions to project the natural relationship between light and shadow into the building.
